THE BASICS
The staff of Jazz Cruises, LLC would like to introduce you to our Group Leader Program. This program makes you a part of our team, and entitles approved Group Leaders to special incentives, commissions, and long-term benefits. As a Group Leader, you have the opportunity to earn credits toward the price of your cabin by building the number of booked passengers in your group. Once you have added a guest to your group, that guest is “yours” for as long as you are active as a group leader.

REGISTRATION & SPREADING THE WORD
To get started, you will need to register as a group leader. After your registration is received and reviewed, we will contact you regarding program details. At that time, you will provide us with the names and addresses of those potential guests that you have targeted for your group. We will also assist you in developing ways of attracting and targeting your group. You can send out our printed materials, make phone calls or any other means of getting the “word” out that suits you and your situation. In doing so, it is always helpful to determine ways to get potential guests to visit our website(s). (www.jazzcruisesllc.com).
Once you have contacted your potential guests, they will still be required to call us at the National Guest Center (877-330-JAZZ; 877-330-5299) and to process their cruise reservations. To ensure proper allocation of each guest, ask them to identify themselves as being a member of your group when they call. However, even if they don’t do that, as long as they are on your list, you will be given credit for the booking.
In the future, we will contact you periodically with updates and new information which you can share with your group members. We prefer to communicate via email. If we don’t have your email address, or you do not have one, please call us using the contact information below to provide details.
