THE SMOOTH JAZZ CRUISE
RETURNING GUEST PROGRAM

In order to recognize our loyal guests who have been sailing with us on The Smooth Jazz Cruise and Dave Koz Cruise for many years  and to encourage our current guests to continue to join us for these amazing cruises, Jazz Cruises, LLC is initiating the “Returning Guest Program”.  The purpose of the program is to reward our loyal guests with “credits” that they can use for various premium gifts and events or towards the purchase of future cruises on The Smooth Jazz Cruise.

Here is how the program works!  First, we want to recognize our guests who have booked the various cruise programs over the years, so for each sailing of either the Dave Koz & Friends at Sea Cruise or The Smooth Jazz Cruise that any guest has been with us, they will earn 10 credits.  If the cruises were consecutively booked then each passenger will earn 15 credits.  So, for instance if you were on The 2004, 2005 and 2006 Smooth Jazz Cruise sailings, skipped The 2007 Smooth Jazz Cruise sailing, but joined us for The 2008 Smooth Jazz Cruise sailing, then you would have earned 30 credits for the first two cruises, 10 credits for the 2006 sailing and 10 credits for the 2008 sailing, for a total of 50 credits.  The 10 credits for the 2008 sailing will automatically become 15 if you were to rebook the 2009 sailing.  Credits for The Smooth Jazz Cruise 2010 are not earned until after the cruise has been completed.

The computations work the same way for the Dave Koz & Friends at Sea Cruise and The Smooth Jazz Cruises and there are no extra “credits” for booking Koz and Smooth in the same year or back to back. You can, however,  use “credits” earned from either of the cruise programs.

How do you sign up?  In order for us to ensure that we have your proper amount of “credits”, we are asking each guest to complete the Returning Guest Program Entry Form.  Couples may elect to fill out one form, but the “credits” will be awarded individually and couples are not bound to redeem their credits together or for the same gift, prize or discount. The form is below, please read ALL of the instructions, terms, and the Redemption Schedule before submitting below.

Upon receipt of your form, we will check it against our records and issue you, via e-mail (or regular mail if necessary) a certificate authenticating your current “Credits”.  You will then have the opportunity to redeem your credits as you see fit pursuant to the instructions offered at that time.

In order to utilize your credits on The Smooth Jazz Cruise 2010, you must be registered no later than October 15, 2009.  Discounts towards the 2011 cruise must be indicated no later than January 24, 2010.

Below is the redemption schedule for Guests wishing to redeem their “credits” in exchange for the gifts, prizes and discounts listed below. To redeem your “credits”, you must e-mail or call Dave Jetton prior to the subject cruise so that we can arrange to have the reward available. All rewards are based upon a “first-come, first served basis” and are subject to availability.
